[cleanairuk_news] London: GLA lobbying in EU institutions on air quality laws

In December 2011, The Greater London Authority joined a lobby group called
Air-Quality Initiative of the Regions. The members are regional and local
authorities with substantial industrial plant in their area, and the
Greater London Authority is also a member. This seems slightly odd since
London is not thought-of an industrial area although it has a air
pollution problem (mostly related to traffic and insufficient traffic
restraint, etc).

There's now quite a bit about this online, especially in relation to
information released under the Environmental Information Regulations by
the GLA this month, December 2012. A review is below.
